BenefitsMail Portal sends benefits documents on behalf of employers and plan administrators. If you received a message from this domain, this page explains what it is and how to confirm it is genuine.
| Address | What it is |
|---|---|
| no-reply@benefitsmailportal.com | Enrollment reminders, deadline notices and annual notice packages sent for your employer or plan administrator. This mailbox does not accept replies. |
| notifications@benefitsmailportal.com | Document availability and delivery confirmations, for example a replacement retrieval link you requested. |
| support@benefitsmailportal.com | Answers from our support desk, Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Central Time. Replies to this address are monitored. |
| billing@benefitsmailportal.com | Invoices and account notices for employer or brokerage accounts. Employees do not receive mail from this address. |
We do not ask for your account password, one-time codes, card numbers or Social Security number by email, and we do not ask you to install anything. Our messages link to pages on benefitsmailportal.com or to the document we are delivering.
If a message claims to come from us but does not match all four points, do not open the attachment. Forward it to support@benefitsmailportal.com and delete it. We keep those reports and share them with the affected client.
Ask your IT team to allow mail from benefitsmailportal.com. Messages are sent from a dedicated subdomain used only for document delivery, and the reply-to address is monitored. If a document is missing, your plan administrator can request a replacement link on your behalf.
Notices required by your plan cannot be unsubscribed from; they are part of the plan’s documentation. Optional communications, such as enrollment reminders, can be switched off by asking your plan administrator. We do not add recipients to marketing lists.
